Heurivo Ltd operates the Sagenza website. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information you give us
If you contact us or request access, we receive the information you submit, such as your name, email address, organisation and message. We use it to respond to your request, provide information about Sagenza, and administer the relationship. If you separately choose to join a mailing list, we use your details for that purpose until you unsubscribe.
Optional website measurement
We do not load optional measurement or visitor-identification tools unless you consent. You can accept or reject each category from the banner and change your decision at any time using the Cookie settings button.

Our reasons for using information
We process contact enquiries where necessary to respond to your request and for our legitimate interests in operating and developing Sagenza. We use optional analytics and visitor identification only with your consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time through Cookie settings.
Sharing and international processing
We use service providers to host and operate the website, handle enquiries, measure website use and support our sales activity. Google and Apollo may process information outside the UK. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual and legal safeguards. We do not authorise these providers to use information contrary to our instructions and applicable agreements.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes described above, legal obligations and the handling of disputes. We use proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect it, although no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. UK residents may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
